Molly (Southbury)

MOLLY is approximately 5 years old (DOB 08.01.2021). She was acquired by a woman in her nineties when she was a kitten, but the owner passed away in back January 2026, and MOLLY was left all alone in the apartment.

Her relatives claim they didn't even know she had a cat. Apparently one of her aids was sneaking in to leave food for her.

We were contacted in August but one of our fosters who had learned of the situation and went to the apartment to rescue MOLLY.

MOLLY came to us as a very traumatized cat. It took her a minute to find her bearings.

She is super sweet, but really needs a quiet home, as that is what she's used to.

She is currently living in a foster home in Southbury, CT with 10 other cats. That's a bit overwhelming for her, so a home with one super friendly, calm cat, or no other animals will be best for her.

She's such a sweet, lovely girl who literally has lost everything. She just needs a soft place to land with someone who will cherish her for the rest of her life.
