We have the following unpaid positions available:

SHELTER VOLUNTEERS::
We are always in need of volunteers to help out in the shelter. We are in need of people to clean, feed, give baths as needed, and just sit with the cats and visit / socialize with them. We do request a committment to a regular scheduled time so that we can plan appropriately.

FUNDRAISING:
As with any non-profit organization, Passion 4 Paws relies on contributions and the support of our community. You do not have to have special talents to help out. We need the help of everyone. Some of the events include: Santa Paws Photos, Christmas Bazaar, Yard Sale, Valentine Dinner/Dance, candy bar sales, petwalks, motorcycle runs etc. We are always looking for new and creative ideas.

OFFICE HELP:
We need volunteers to assist with some of the paperwork, organize and keep files/records, keep mailing list, etc.

ADOPTION FOLLOW UP:
It is so important to follow up with adopters after they take their new pet home. We need someone to call the adopter and see how things are going. Many times if problems arise we can help with the transition by answering questions, and providing support. This volunteer can do it from the comfort of their home.

We do allow volunteers 13 years old and up but they MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Only Approved persons can go into the shelter and volunteer.

A liability waiver is required to be signed by everyone and parents must sign for their children.
